Our product delivery consists of Heating Oil, Gasoline, Kerosene, and both on and off road Diesel fuel. Deliveries are available for both residential and commercial accounts.
All of our home heating oil is treated with an additive that Allen’s Oil & Propane adds to the fuel oil, which keeps the fuel more stable and helps keep the heater components clean.
We offer two types of heating oil delivery:
AUTOMATIC DELIVERY
When you sign up for automatic delivery, we monitor your account, based upon your previous history and elapsed degree days. You, as the customer do not have to worry about monitoring your system’s inventory level.
We recognize that not all things are perfect. Occasionally, additional appliances are added to a customer’s propane system without our knowledge. Additionally, propane usage habits may change. As such, these changes impact your propane consumption. Any such changes need to be let known to Allen’s Oil and Propane Inc., so we can adjust your propane delivery schedule.
WILL CALL DELIVERY
Will Call is best for Is for customers who prefer to monitor their own propane usage. Please call us when your tank gauge reads 25%. Will Call deliveries are only dispatched on a regularly scheduled route and any out of route deliveries are subject to a $50 delivery charge and a $50 leak test charge. Will Call customers are guaranteed that their delivery will be made within five working days of order.

THE TANKSURE® PROGRAM
Our TankSure® Program enables us to evaluate the safety and integrity of your above ground oil tank. This is important for you and your investment in your home. To qualify for the program your tank must not be in need of immediate replacement. Approximately 95% of all tanks will qualify. The TankSure® Program, which only costs $39.95 per year, is a service that we highly recommend all of our customers participate in. Your oil tank contains hundreds of gallons of fuel and it should be tested annually.
The annual TankSure® test and inspection is a very important process to evaluate your tank safety. If you are considering to decline enrollment in the Program, please call us as we strongly recommend this service.
