The Allen’s Oil & Propane Precision Tune-Up:
Professional preventive maintenance is strongly recommended annually for all systems. Maintaining and tuning up your oil burner will help save up to 10% on heating costs and add years to the life expectancy of this expensive equipment.
1. Clean interior of heat exchanger, flue pipe & base of stack.
2. Replace oil filter cartridge
3. Replace pump strainer
4. Replace oil burner nozzle
5. Replace air filter
6. Check combustion chamber
7. Clean electrodes & set proper gap
8. Check and test operating & safety controls
9. Check and lubricate motors
10. Check and adjust fan belt
11. Adjust heating unit to max. efficiency
12. Perform an efficiency check

Parts & Labor Coverage:
