Propane can be used for fueling many home appliances safely and efficiently. At Allen’s Oil & Propane, we offer reliable propane delivery for your home heating, water heating, clothes drying, cooking, pool heating, and other home energy needs. Propane is an eco-friendly energy source; as a burned fuel, it meets all clean air energy standards put forth by the Environmental Protection Agency. Our technicians perform professional propane tank and heating system installations, and we offer services such as automatic fuel delivery for your convenience and peace of mind.


Propane Delivery Options

Automatic Propane Delivery

When you sign up for our automatic propane fuel delivery service, we monitor your account based upon your previous history and elapsed degree days. You do not have to be as concerned when it comes to monitoring your system’s inventory level. We automatically deliver fuel to your home when you need it, letting you rest easier throughout the winter.

Will Call Propane Delivery

Our will call propane ordering option is best for customers who prefer to monitor their own propane usage. Please call us when your tank gauge reads 25%. Will call deliveries are only dispatched on a regularly scheduled route and any out of route deliveries are subject to a $50 delivery charge and a $50 leak test charge. We at Allen’s provide will call customers with outstanding service so that they can get their delivery within five working days of order.


Installations

We provide many options for residential and commercial propane customers when it comes to selecting the right tank for your needs. Our staff will help you every step of the way from permits, location of tank, final hook up, converting appliances, and performing Gas Check. Every propane system installed or hooked up by Allen’s Oil & Propane has been installed in accordance with NFPA Pamphlet #54, NFPA Pamphlet #58, and any applicable state or local codes.

Propane is sold as a liquid (U.S. gallon). Your residential, and most commercial appliances, consume propane in its vapor form. Propane vapor reaches your appliances through your propane gas system. When your propane system was installed, it was determined to be 100% safe and leak-free. Absolutely no alterations or modifications should be made to your propane system by anyone other than an Allen’s Oil & Propane employee or authorized personnel.

Every new Allen’s Oil & Propane customer will have a Gas Check or, in other words, a leak test performed when a new propane system is installed or when we hook up to an existing system. The Gas Check includes all connections inside the tank, the regulators, copper line outside, and all piping inside the house. The test only takes 10 minutes and we provide you with documented results that are also keep for our records.
