Our Total Comfort Plans always include 24-hour emergency service, coverage for commonly replaced/repaired HVAC system parts, and an annual tune-up service that can help you SAVE on your annual fuel costs by up to 10%. The Allen’s Oil & Propane Precision Tune-Up
- Clean interior of heat exchanger, flue pipe, and base of stack
- Replace oil filter cartridge
- Replace pump strainer
- Replace oil burner nozzle
- Replace air filter
- Check combustion chamber
- Clean electrodes, and set proper gap
- Check and test operating, and safety controls
- Check and lubricate motors
- Check and adjust fan belt
- Adjust heating unit to maximum efficiency
- Perform an efficiency check
If you wish to cancel your Service Plan, please do so by August 31st for a full reimbursement. Partial reimbursements are offered through October 31st.
